The HF-Series intake manifolds/ turbo inlets are compatible with the standard RS6/RS7 intake system.
The inlet is a very important component between the turbocharger and the intake system, because the full potential of the turbocharger and engine can only be made available if the entire path to the turbocharger is optimized.

The new intake manifolds were developed to enable maximum throughput and optimum flow.
The original component is restrictive and has edges and dents that are unfavourable for flow. This is not designed for performance, and even creates turbulence and back pressure.

In order to generate the maximum flow, absolutely no compromises were made and the flanges including the first bends on the supercharger were CNC-milled completely from solid material, because only in this way can the maximum installation space be fully utilised and an increase of +16% more flow measured on the flowbench.

Another feature are the additional inlet spacers, which eliminate the edge in the fresh gas housing and thus generate a perfect air flow without tearing. Only in this way the air can reach the turbocharger in an optimal and even flow pattern.
The results are higher maximum power and improved response.
The spacers are suitable for the original S6/S7 and RS6/RS7 turbochargers. If you are running upgraded turbochargers with enlarged fresh gas housings, you can have them made to your desired dimensions by us (option in the selection above)

Attention:
1. For S6 and S7 the conversion to the RS6/RS7 air filter box incl. the Y-pipe is necessary, as these then have the required 60mm connections instead of the 55mm. Another advantage is the filter connection of 100mm instead of 90mm.
2. The OEM rubber hose for the crankcase ventilation at the bottom of the right intake manifold must be shortened by approx. 2.5cm. (using a cutter knife)
