Pressure pipe VAG 1.8-2.0 T(F)SI EA888 Gen.3 (e.g. Golf Mk7 GTI, S3 8V)

This aluminium pressure pipe from intercooler to throttle valve for 1.8-2.0 TSI Euro 6 engines of the MQB platform replaces the OEM part made of hard plastic.

In combination with the flow optimized design and the elemination of the reinforcing struts*, the bigger pipe diameter of 63mm (60mm inner diameter> OEM only 53,7mm) ensures an increased air flow of 287,9cfm (measured by our FlowBench).
*these are used in the OEM pipe to prevent a breakage by over tightening the clamps

One more advantage:
The OEM part is made of a glued plastic pipe. Unter the influence of time, temperature and pressure the material becomes brittle and cracked. This leads to broken connections or burst pressure pipes. Not only annoying because of the defect, but rather a big danger for turbocharger and engine.
Due to these Durch diese characteristics this product is also perfect for upgrated vehicles.

The pressure pipe is suitbale with the OEM intercooler hoses as well as with our SF-Hoses silicone hoses.
