The holder set with 3 billet ball-head screws (2x long + 1x short) is required to install the HF-Series Carbon or the TTS engine cover in other vehicles with 2.0 TFSI engines.
These ball-head screws are no longer available from Audi.
The aluminium screws only need to be hand-tightened (don't use any tools!) and are mounted at the original mounting points.
