This EGO-X/ Bull-X valved exhaust system for the Golf Mk7 GTI and Seat Leon 5F Cupra is handmade using the TIG or MAG welding process, depending on the selection, and consists of absorption silencers, without chambers. The pipe diameter is 3 inches (76mm).

With ECE type approval*:

This exhaust system has an ECE approval so that it can be moved in road traffic without being entered in your vehicle documents.
Caution: The exhaust systems with ECE are not affected by the "valve ban" and may continue to be used legally in road traffic in Germany.
While driving, you can choose whether you want to drive in Comfort or Sport mode. If your vehicle has a driving profile selection, it is possible to control it this way.
For vehicles without driving profile selection, this control can be done via a button that is included in the delivery. The button's LED lighting indicates whether the valve is currently open (light off) or closed (light on).
The control unit closes the valve automatically in all areas required by ECE regulations, regardless of which mode you are driving in.
Generally, the Bull-X Tronic offers two control options:
- Sport (Dynamic, Race): Within the approved scope of ECE regulations, the valve is always open. When stationary the valve is always closed.
- Comfort mode: The valve is always closed, but within the approved limits of ECE regulations it opens when the throttle is 75% open while driving.

If the vehicle has a driving profile selection (sport button), it is also possible tobe controlled via this.
For vehicles without driving profile selection, this control can be done via a button that is included in the delivery.

If you have purchased the Bull-X Tronic control unit, it is still possible to open the valve when the vehicle is stationary, but the control unit regulates the exhaust valve in driving mode in accordance with ECE regulations.
Generally, the Bull-X Tronic offers two control options:
- Sport (Dynamic, Race)
- Comfort mode (valve opens from 75% throttle position)
The version "without ECE type approval" is not permitted for use in public road traffic in Germany - use only for racing purposes!!
ATTENTION! The offered exhaust system is not permitted in the area of the German road traffic licensing regulations! With the ECE Bull-X Tronic control unit and the EC catalytic converter you may legally use your vehicle in public road traffic. The use of all other controls and/or catalytic converters is only intended for racing purposes. If, despite our advice, you install an exhaust system WITHOUT ECE approval, you will be liable to prosecution. Imminent consequences can be, among other things: expiry of the operating licence, immobilisation of the vehicle, charges for tax evasion, as well as possible investigations by the environmental authorities.
