This EGO-X exhaust system is handmade using the TIG welding process and consists of absorption mufflers, without chambers. The pipe diameter is 3.5 inches (89mm).

This flap exhaust system has an ECE(ECE) approval, so it can be moved in road traffic without registration in your vehicle documents.
Attention: The exhaust systems with ECE are not affected by the "flap ban" and may still be used completely legally in road traffic.

While driving, you can determine whether you want to drive in Comfort or Sport mode. If your vehicle has a driving profile selection, control is possible via this.
For vehicles without driving profile selection, this control can be carried out via a push button supplied. The button's LED lighting indicates whether the flap is currently open (light off) or closed (light on).
The control unit automatically closes the flap in all areas required for ECE regulation, regardless of which mode you are driving in.

In general, the Bull-X Tronic offers two control options:
- Sport (Dynamic, Race): Within the approved range of the ECE regulation, the flap is always open. When stationary and in the range of 20-80km/h, the flap is always closed.
- Comfort mode:The flap is always closed, but opens within the approved range of ECE regulation while driving from 75% open throttle position.

If the vehicle has a driving profile selection (sport button), control via this is also possible.
For vehicles without driving profile selection this control can be done via a supplied push button.
The button signals by its LED illumination whether the flap is currently open (light off) or closed (light on)

If you have purchased the Bull-X Tronic control unit, it is still possible to open the flap when stationary, but the control unit regulates the exhaust flap in driving mode according to ECE guidelines.

Generally the Bull-X Tronic offers two possibilities of control:
- Sport (Dynamic, Race)
- Comfort mode (flap opens from 75% throttle position)

The variant "without ECE type approval" is not permitted for use in public road traffic - use only for racing purposes!

ATTENTION! The offered exhaust system is not permitted within the range of the road traffic licensing regulations! With the ECE Bull-X Tronic control unit and the EC catalytic converter you are legally allowed to drive your vehicle in public road traffic. The use of all other controls and/or catalytic converters is only for racing purposes. If you, despite our advice, install an exhaust system WITHOUT ECE approval, you are liable to prosecution. Imminent consequences may include: expiration of the operating license, immobilization of the vehicle, charges for tax evasion, as well as possible investigations by the environmental authorities.

EGO-X
EGO-X is a product line of Bull-X Exhausts. The special features of this line are the processing in TIG welding, the materials and the possibility of a registration free flap exhaust system.

Information for customers from Switzerland:
The exhaust systems are always supplied with a confirmation of conformity. The complete EC main approval is not handed over.
