Our reinforced CNC diverter valve replaces the standard and extremely fragile plastic valve with rubber diaphragm.
But our diverter valve offers even more advantages:

Furthermore, the original diverter valve opens only 5mm. Ours, however, opens 8mm, which allows more air to be discharged.
The following facts are provided by our in-house flowbench measurement:
OEM valve: 48.3 cfm
Our valve: 58.0 cfm
This corresponds to an increase of 20%.
Particularly with performance-enhanced engines where the turbocharger passes more air, more air must also be removed when shifting before the compressor so that it is not unnecessarily slowed down. Another advantage also lies in the design of the piston. It is no longer necessary to install different springs for different boost pressures.
With this valve a boost pressure up to 5 bar can be driven.
