Air intake pipe VW 2.8-2.9 VR6 (e.g. Golf Mk3, Corrado, Passat)

In order to achieve a favorable, turbulence-free air flow of the intake air, this intake pipe is absolutely necessary.
This results in a huge increase in performance during the shift and more power.
The performance-reducing contraction of the original intake hose is prevented by the solid aluminum tube, especially recommended for uprated VR6 engines.

The intake pipe has an excess length for the flexibility of the application area:
- purely the intake manifold can be used for turbo conversions
- with optional silicone hoses and mounting hardware, it can be adapted to the standard air filter box (the pipe needs to be shortened for this)
- with optional silicone hoses and mounting hardware, as well as an air filter, the pipe does not have to be shortened. The length is intentionally longer to move the filter farther forward for the fresh air (as seen in the pictures)

Notes:
- The selection of the air filter only works in combination with silicone and mounting material!
- For vehicles without idle speed control valve, the connection must be laid blind.
