No more problems with the self-loosening of Downpipes: Ford´s OEM loader-screws are very problematic.
They often loosen, especially after being dismounted once.
If the problem of the self-loosening screws will not be recognized immediately, the worst consequence can be a catalyst damage. This in turn can result in a major engine damage.
The extra strong and heat-resistant HD-screws are provided with an additional mechanical protection, which makes it impossible to loosen the screws while driving.
We recommend using these screws in combination with our Upgrade-Seals:
